Terms of Access

Uppit AI and its content, processes, frameworks, methodologies, proprietary systems, designs, developments, software, trademarks, service marks, and other materials contain proprietary intellectual property (“Protected Materials”) owned by or licensed to the ecosystem operator.

Except as expressly permitted in the Terms of Use, you may use such Protected Materials only for your authorized internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, disclose, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Protected Materials without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, trade-secret, contract, and other laws and may result in suspension or termination of access and the pursuit of available legal and equitable remedies.
